They also introduced beautifully constructed villas and plots of 6 Marla, 9 Marla, and 12 Marla. The second balloting was held in the middle of 2018 where the authorities offered a 2 years installment schedule to the investors.

Now I will tell you the entire procedure of buying a plot. To buy a plot you first need to apply for the required size plot by submitting the application form and registration fee (non-refundable) at any associated bank branch. After balloting, you will pay a booking amount that is 10% of the total cost of the plot. The remaining cost will be divided into 12 quarters that you will pay in 3 years. The same method is for villas and plots of 6 Marla, 9 Marla, and 12 Marla but you will pay 8 quarterly installments in 2 years.
