Capital Smart City Balloting

Plot files are sold based on balloting and the first balloting for Overseas block and Executive blocks is already done. It was planned to be held in June 2021 but due to the overwhelming response from the people and investors, the balloting event was held earlier than the expected date.

After the balloting of Overseas District 1, its possession will be given in March 2021. The plots sold in 2018, their possession to the buyers will be given in 2021 when 100% development will be completed. And the plots sold in the next phase, their possession will be given by the end of 2021 as well.

The registration files for plots come at different prices depending on the plot size and once the files are purchased the next step is balloting which decides the numbers of the plots. Next balloting will take place in a few months so hurry up and get your registration files.
