Pak China Town Karachi is a meticulously designed residential scheme that has not yet officially launched but developers have offered some plots for sale at the pre-launch phase. A temporary master plan of the society is available on the official Facebook page of the project, however, clients will not find any information on the official website of Pak China City.
According to the available plan this beautiful and masterly planned housing scheme consist of different sectors ranging from Sector A to Sector K. The project is not yet launched so we have no information about the sizes of plots, however, the map shows the plots of only 90 square yards also the map doesn’t reveal about the availability and sizes of commercial plots. The civil work of the scheme has been started and the pace of development on full swing.
