With 6-monthly installments, PKR 318,535 is to be paid and with 12-monthly installment, PKR 159,268 is to be paid.
- The 10 marlas residential plot comes at a price of PKR 4,047,000 with a 30% down payment of PKR 1,214,100. There are two installment plans that are being introduced, one with the 6-months installments and the other with 12-months installment. With 6-monthly installments, PKR 472,150 are to be paid and with 12-monthly installment, PKR 236,075 is to be paid.
Apart from these, the expected transfer rates will be as follows:
