With 6-monthly installments, PKR 318,535 is to be paid and with 12-monthly installments, PKR 159,268 is to be paid.
• The 10 marlas residential plot comes at a price of PKR 4,047,000 with a 30% down payment of PKR 1,214,100. There are two installment plans that are being introduced, one with the 6-months installments and the other with the 12-monthly installments. With 6-monthly installments, PKR 472,150 are to be paid and with 12-monthly installments, PKR 236,075 is to be paid.

Apart from these, the expected transfer rates will be as follows:

• 10 Marla PKR 200,000 – PKR 220,000
• 1 Kanal PKR 395,000 – PKR 439,000

A discount of 50% will be offered in development charges as well.
