For booking a plot you first need to get register with ICHS and have to follow the steps I am going to mention below:
- Download the application form from the ICHS website.
- Fill the application form carefully.
- Submit the membership fee to the mentioned bank branch and receive the deposit slip.
- After filling the form attach the scanned copy of the bank deposit slip.
- And send the scanned copy of the form along with Deposit slip to the ICHS.
The installment plan of the plots is stretched over 3 years it means you will have to make payment in 12 quarterly installments. While the cost of the land will be down payment and development charges can be payable in installment.
