Payment Plan

The residential plots are available in 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal and non-residential plots are available in 8 and 6 Marla dimensions. The payment plan is planned for a period of 2 years of installments.

  • Submit processing fee Rs. 5500/-
  • Make a 20% down payment of the total cost of the plot.
  • 20% will be required to pay at the time of possession.
  • The residual will be divided into 24 monthly installments.
