The payment plan is also revealed according to which the investor needs to make a down payment of 20% where the remaining 80% price of the plots will be payable in 3 years installments. Project Plan
No official information has been provided regarding the master plan of the project however the copy received by the associated dealers of Fazaia Housing shows that it will be divided into three phases. The development work in Block A has been completed. The project is spread over 500 acres of land where both commercial and residential plots have been planned within different phases. The basis of construction work has been started.

The Falcon Commercial will be offering commercial units of 5 Marla and 10 Marla. This commercial venture has received great acknowledgment from investors and stakeholders.
